Binay is one of the most experienced among all the presidential candidates. He has been a Makati mayor for 21 years, former Metropolitan Manila Development Authority chief, housing chief and presidential adviser on overseas Filipino workers' concerns. 

Joining a debate is not foreign to him because it was recalled ian 2010, Binay entered into a political slugfest with then MMDA chairman Bayani Fernando during ABS-CBN’s Harapan vice presidential debates.


And last February 21, a presidential debate was held by GMA to know more about them. Many Filipino people especially netizens are showing disapproval to some of Binay’s answer to the debate. Development will only take place if government underspending is stopped, 


Vice President Jejomar Binay said during the PiliPinas Debates 2016. With a sizable number of Filipinos living in poverty, Binay said it is important that underspending essential come to an end.

This leads to another viral video that is now rounding in social media. In the short clip, Binay can be seen seated in a public area with table in front of him. People gathering around him and one by one they were accepting money directly from Binay. 

This act from a presidential candidate may lead to may speculations. Some netizens think Binay as kind and humble that he was able to share what he have. Other netizens think the other side of the coin – he might be buying the votes of those people. Good intention or bad, we will never know. Watch and it’s for you to decide what’s behind this video.
