Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan rants on his Twitter account yesterday. His post shows he’s doubtful that President Rodrigo Duterte can accomplish his nationwide anti-drug campaign, and he thinks it’s bound to fail.

According to the senator, if President Duterte failed to eradicate the illegal drug trades in Davao City, how can he do it nationwide which is larger than Davao City.
If the Davao City anti-illegal drug campaign did not success in stamping out and eliminating pushers and addicts in Davao City under President Duterte’s 24-year stint as mayor, what makes us think that the nationwide campaign will success in 6 months (extended to another 6 months?)- Sen. Kiko
